Flybe announces that on 14 November 2014, the following Director share purchase was made in the ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):
· Liz McMeikan, a non-executive director of the Company purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, at a price of 113.25p per share.
Following this transaction, Liz McMeikan's beneficial interest in the Company is as follows:
