Share Scheme Awards
The Company has made awards to its employees pursuant to the share incentive scheme with the following grants to employees deemed to be Persons Discharging Management Responsibility. This gives the individuals detailed below the right to receive or acquire Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") as follows:

The awards represent 1p par value options which, to the extent that the awards vest, provide for shares to be delivered to the individuals for 1p consideration per share.
The percentage of the shares that ultimately do vest is dependent on the satisfaction of performance criteria measured over a three-year performance period ending on 31 March 2019. Further details regarding this, including the vesting schedule, is set out on page 76 of the Company's 2015/16 Annual Report.
