Falanx Group Limited (AIM: FLX), the global cyber security and intelligence services provider, announces that Mike Read, CEO, has today acquired 400,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 1.218 pence per share.
Following this acquisition, Mike Read is now interested in 11,453,940 ordinary shares in the Company representing 2.86% of the current issued share capital.
