Reduction of Karl Barclay's Interest in the Share Capital of the Company

Falanx Group Limited was notified on 21 December 2015 that Karl Barclay's interest in the issued ordinary share capital of the company has reduced from 5,765,500 ordinary shares to 3,583,000 ordinary shares representing 5.04 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Karl Barclay was a Director of Dounreay Management Services Limited, a trust which owned 2,182,500 ordinary shares representing 3.07 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, from which he resigned on 1 September 2015. The reduction in Karl Barclay's shareholding in the Company is as a result of the transfer of the 2,182,500 shares to the beneficiaries of the trust prior to his resignation. Karl Barclay does not have and has not at any time held a beneficial interest in the 2,182,500 ordinary shares held by Dounreay Management Services Ltd.
