Flutter Entertainment (UK) : Stock Dividend

Informative Notice

09 April 2020

Flutter Entertainment (UK, BWXC0Z1, FTSE 100 Index, GEIS Mid Cap) have announced that they will distribute a stock dividend in lieu of the ordinary cash dividend of GBP 1.33, with a rate to be calculated with reference to the closing mid-price over five consecutive days commencing on the ex-date, Thursday 09 April 2020.

Once the stock dividend rate is confirmed it will be applied as a market capitalisation neutral event within FTSE Russell Indexes, effective from the open of the next business day.

Treatment will be confirmed through the tracker files in due course.
