Flowgroup plc (AIM: FLOW), which develops and commercialises alternative and efficient energy products for the global market, announces that Tony Stiff, Chief Executive Officer, has informed the Company that he has today purchased 310,576 ordinary shares of 5p each at 14.49p per share.
Following this transaction Tony Stiff now holds 2,615,746 ordinary shares comprising 0.824% of the issued share capital.
