The 'Director / PDMR Dealing' announcement released earlier today (30 September) included an incorrect date of transaction in the description, this should have read 26 September 2019. This is corrected below. All other details of the announcement remain the same.

Flowtech Fluidpower plc, the UK's leading specialist supplier of technical fluid power products, announces that it has been notified that Russell Cash, Chief Financial Officer of Flowtech, has purchased a total of 28,570 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 26 September 2019 at an average price of 105.9 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Cash has an interest in 28,570 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
