The Board of Fletcher King plc (the 'Company') announces that the Company's results for the year ended 30 April 2013 will be significantly below management expectations and below the previous year's level, in terms of both revenue and profit.

The reasons for this are lower activity levels in some areas of the Company's operations, in particular in the investment department, where timing of transactions in progress has been harder than usual to predict, some of which will not be concluded by the year end of 30 April.
