concerning management change
In accordance with of the extraordinary disclosure obligation stipulated under Section 55 of (Hungarian) Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market MFB Hungarian Development Bank Private Limited Company (hereinafter: MFB Zrt.) informs the public of the following change in respect of the management:
As of 31 December 2024, the mandate of Dr. Levente Sipos-Tompa (Mr.) as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MFB Zrt. will be terminated by mutual consent.
The exerciser of the ownership rights over MFB Zrt. has appointed Mr. Bence Katona as Chief Executive Officer of the MFB Zrt. as of 1 January 2025.
