Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market that, as at 28 February 2013, the issued ordinary share capital of the Company consisted of 2,073,416,561 ordinary shares with voting rights attached (one vote per ordinary share). There are no ordinary shares held in treasury.

The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
