Fastjet Plc ("Fastjet" or the "Company"; AIM:FJET)

Total Voting Rights and Interest in Shares

In conformity with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market that as at 14 December 2012, the issued ordinary share capital of the Company consisted of 1,848,944,339 ordinary shares ("Shares") with voting rights attached (one vote per ordinary share). There are no ordinary shares held in treasury.

The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Company further notifies that, in accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Lonrho Plc has informed the Company that, as at 14 December 2012, Lonrho Plc interest in the Company remains 1,160,037,455 Shares. As a result of equity issued Lonrho Plc's percentage interest in the Company has been diluted from 65.8% to 62.7%.
