FIH group plc, the AIM quoted international group which owns essential services businesses focused on retail, transport and logistics, announces that on Tuesday 22 September 2020, Mr. Robin Williams, a director of the Company, purchased 3,690 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") at a price of 264.0 pence per Share.
As a result of this, Mr. Robin Williams is now personally beneficially interested in 5,625 Shares, representing 0.04 per cent. of the Company's 12,504,519 total voting rights.
