FIH announces that it received notice today that Staunton Holdings Limited, a company connected with Edmund Rowland, the Company's Chairman, purchased a total of 253,119 shares in the Company at a price of 300p per share. Following this transaction, Edmund Rowland is interested in 3,068,299 shares in the Company, through his relationship with both Staunton Holdings Limited and Blackfish Capital Management, representing approximately 24.68 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
