FIH group plc, the AIM quoted international group which owns essential services businesses focused on retail, transport and logistics announces that earlier today, Mr. Robert Johnston, a director of the Company, purchased 9,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") at a price of 303 pence per Share. As a result of this, Mr. Robert Johnston is now personally
beneficially interested in 12,500 Shares, and as the representative of the Company's largest
shareholder, "The Article 6 Marital Trust, created under the First Amended and Restated Jerry Zucker Revocable Trust dated 4-2-07", which holds 3,596,553 Shares, Mr Robert Johnston is interested in 3,609,053 Shares in total, representing 29.02 per cent. of the Company's 12,434,418 total voting rights.
