FIH announces that it has received notice that Staunton Holdings Limited, a company connected with Edmund Rowland, the Company's Chairman, yesterday purchased a total of 38,254 shares in the Company at a price of 300p per share. Following this transaction, Edmund Rowland is interested in 3,106,553 shares in the Company, through his relationship with both Staunton Holdings Limited and Blackfish Capital Management, representing approximately 24.99 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
