As previously announced, John Lomer, the current GroupFinance Director, is leaving the Company to return to consulting on strategicdevelopment. He will remain with the Company in a part-time advisory capacityuntil March 2007 to assist in the handover to Lisa. Lisa Morgan, 35, is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA). Shejoined Finsbury Food Group's subsidiary, Memory Lane Cakes Ltd, as CommercialAccountant in 2000 and became their Finance Director in February 2005. She hasbeen an integral part of the team which re-modelled that business in 2004 and2005. Her previous roles include Factory Accountant at Sun Valley Foods Limitedand Management Accountant at Tech-Board Limited There are no further disclosures to be made under Schedule 2, paragraph (f) ofthe AIM rules.
