Finsbury Food Group Plc ("Finsbury Food Group" or "the Company")
Grant of Options
Finsbury Food Group announces that it has granted options over a total of 1,288,100 ordinary shares. Of those options over shares, a total of 933,900 were granted to 33 senior employees in terms of the approved part of the share option plan.
Options over 354,200 shares were issued in terms of the unapproved part of the plan. They included 127,500 options that were granted to the Executive Directors of the Company as follows:
David Brooks 42,500Lisa Morgan 42,500Crawford Currie 42,500
The exercise of the options granted to the Executive Directors is conditional on the satisfaction of trading performance related criteria.
The effective date of grant was 5th October 2007. The option exercise price in all cases is 106p.
