Fyffes plc announces that it was notified on 2 March 2016 by the Fyffes plc Employee Benefit Trust that it has purchased in the market, a total of 914,882 ordinary shares of €0.06 each in the share capital of the company at a price of €1.3075 per share, as Trustee of the Fyffes plc Short Term Incentive Plans.
The ordinary shares acquired on behalf of the Directors and Secretary, which cannot normally be disposed for periods ranging from a minimum of two years to in excess of five years from the date of purchase, are shown below along with their aggregate holdings:
