Shareholder update

Further to the announcement by FastForward Innovations Limited (AIM: FFWD) earlier today, having received a large number of Shareholder views on the possibility of an Open Offer and also taking into account that the Placing Price represents a very small discount to the current market price of the Company's shares, the Board of FastForward wishes to confirm there will be not be an Open Offer or offer to Shareholders on the same terms as the Placing and it has no current intention of raising further funds at this price for the foreseeable future. We look forward to updating the market on our portfolio in due course.
