The Company was informed on 26 November 2008 that on 24 November 2008, Insight Investment Management (Global) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of HBOS plc, decreased its interest in the Company by 5,382,945 ordinary shares of 1p each, taking its direct and indirect interest in the Company to 6,008,068 ordinary shares, representing 12.016% of the issued share capital.
