Appointment of Non-Executive Director

FFI Holdings PLC, the world leader in the provision of completion contracts to the entertainment industry for films, television, mini-series and streaming products, is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board of Julian Bartlett as independent non-executive Director with effect from 29 August 2017. Julian brings a wealth of financial acumen to the Board having spent over 30 years in the accounting profession, latterly as an audit partner at Grant Thornton in London with a varied client base across the financial services sector. Julian has particularly extensive experience in the investment management industry, having provided audit and transaction services to many of the leading firms.

Mr Julian Antony Bartlett, aged 53, retired from Grant Thornton UK LLP effective 31 January 2017 and is currently a director of St Mary's (Eltham) Community Complex Association. There are no other matters which are required to be announced pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule Two to the AIM Rules.
