Resignation of Director
The Board of Forum announces that Russell Harvey has today resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer and as a director of the Company with immediate effect.
The Board would like to thank Russell for his hard work over the last two years and wish him the best for the future.
Alan Henderson, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, will assume the position of acting Chief Executive Officer until a suitable new Chief Executive Officer is appointed. The Board anticipates making a further appointment to the board and will make a further announcement when appropriate.
The Board remains committed to focusing on the conversion of GSEC101 to a service contract to deliver value to its shareholders. The Company's financial position is secure following the divesting of its Central Cebu coal asset (subject to Philippine government approval) and the continued optimization of its non-core assets.
