Application has been made for 480,367 shares of 25 pence each fully paid (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Services Authority (the "FSA") and to be admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange plc. The Shares are being issued as part consideration for the acquisition of Multiseals Pte Limited, as announced on 28 April 2011, and will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.
