Admission to trading and first day of dealing

The Company is pleased to announce its entire issued share capital will today be admitted to the Premium Segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities. This follows the successful raising of approximately £192.9m following the issuance of 19,287,921 ordinary shares of one pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the placing and offer for subscription at a placing price of 1,000 pence each ("Placing Price"). Dealings in the Company's Ordinary Shares are expected to begin today at 8.00am under the TIDM FEET and ISIN GB00BLSNND18.

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue upon Admission will be 19,337,921 (including 50,000 subscriber shares), giving the Company a market capitalisation of approximately £193.4 million at the Placing Price.
