Fidessa group plc (“the Company”)
On 12th June 2015 Fidessa group plc paid the final and special dividend in respect of the year ending 31st December 2014. The rules governing the Fidessa group plc Deferred Annual Bonus Plan ("DABP") provide that when dividends are paid dividend equivalent awards are granted under the DABP. Therefore, further to the awards previously granted and announced under the DABP to various persons discharging managerial responsibilities (“PDMR”s) of the Company, the Company has today been informed that on 12th June 2015 dividend equivalent awards were granted in accordance with the rules governing the DABP and such awards shall vest at the same time as the relevant DABP award. Details of dividend equivalent awards granted to PDMRs are as set out in the table below.
