Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs") of the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA"), First Development announces that as at the date of this announcement the Company's total issued share capital consists of 139,192,763 ordinary shares of 1p each with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. 

Accordingly, the abovementioned figure of 139,192,763 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's DTRs.
