Result of AGM
FD Technologies (AIM: FDP.L, Euronext Growth: FDP.I) announces that its Annual General Meeting was held earlier today, at which all resolutions were duly passed with the exception of resolution 12 (further disapplication of pre-emption rights in relation to an acquisition or specified capital investment). Resolutions 11 (general disapplication of pre-emption rights) and 13 (authority to purchase own shares) passed but with less than 80% support of the votes cast.
We will engage with shareholders and provide an update on these consultations within six months of today's AGM, in accordance with the UK Corporate Governance Code.
