FD (AIM: FDP.L, ESM: FDP.I) announces that David Anderson, Non-Executive Director, has stepped down from the Board. This is in line with the announcement in the Group's interim results to 31 August 2015 to that effect.
Seamus Keating, Chairman of FD, commented: "David has made an invaluable contribution to the development of the Group. He joined FD as Chairman at the time of our IPO in 2002 and his support and advice have helped the Group grow from c. 20 people at that time to more than 1,500 today. On behalf of the Group I thank him sincerely for the role he has played and wish him an enjoyable retirement."
