Firestone'sĀ share capital consists of 323,964,111 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 20p each ('Ordinary Shares').Ā The CompanyĀ does not hold any shares in Treasury.

The figure ofĀ 323,964,111 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in,Ā FirestoneĀ under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
