Firestone Diamonds plc, the AIM-quoted diamond development company, announces that it was notified on 20 November 2015, that Keith Johnson, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 85,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 16.88 pence per Ordinary Share on 20 November 2015.
As a result of the purchase, Keith Johnson is now interested in 85,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
