Director and PCA Dealings
Further to the Company's announcements on 20 and 21 September 2017, the Company was notified on 27 September 2017 that Professional Practice Automation LLP ("PPA"), a limited liability partnership in which David Braben, Chief Executive Officer, was a member and through which he was interested in 2,001,573 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), transferred 1,990,573 Ordinary Shares to Mr. Braben's spouse, Mrs. Irvin-Braben, on 27 September 2017 for nil consideration (the "Transfer"). In connection with the Transfer, Mr. Braben resigned as a member of PPA and is no longer interested in the remaining 11,000 Ordinary Shares held by PPA.
Therefore, following the Transfer and Mr Braben's resignation as a member of PPA, Mr. Braben, together with his spouse, remains interested in a total of 14,149,953 Ordinary Shares, representing 37.0% of the Company's issued share capital.
