Directors' Dealings
The Company was notified on 9 September 2016 that on the same date, Rockspring, a company owned by David Gammon, the Chairman of the Company, and his family purchased 15,700 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 185.00 pence per share and 14,300 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 188.00 pence per share. Following these transactions, Mr. Gammon is interested in 341,720 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.0 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
