Feedback PLC26 October 2007 26 October 2007 Feedback Plc ("Feedback" or the "Company") Director / PDMR Holdings The Board of Feedback have today been notified that Mr. John Westcott, NonExecutive Director, today purchased 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at aprice of 2.75 pence per share. Following the transaction, Mr. Westcott's total beneficial interest in theCompany is 3,699,836 ordinary shares representing 4.48 per cent. of theCompany's ordinary issued share capital. In addition, the Company have been notified that Mr. David Barton, Non-ExecutiveDirector, yesterday purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a priceof 2.75 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Barton's total beneficial interest in theCompany is 4,266,667 ordinary shares representing 5.17 per cent. of theCompany's ordinary issued share capital.
