Feedback plc, the specialist medical imaging technology company, announces that Mike Hayball, a PDMR of the Company, on 20 July 2018 sold 500,000 shares in the Company at a price of 1.9275 pence per share. Following the sale, Mike Hayball holds 5,170,600 shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.84 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
