Feedback plc, the specialist medical imaging technology company, announces that Simon Sturge, non-executive director of the Company, on 27 April 2018, purchased 500,000 shares in the Company at a price of 3.5 pence per share. Following the purchase, Simon Sturge holds 6,500,000 shares in the Company, representing approximately 2.3 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
