Feedback PLC10 December 2007 FEEDBACK PLC Update of reduction of share capital and cancellation of share premium account Following the passing of resolutions at an Extraordinary General meeting of theCompany on 2 July 2007 and at the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 30October 2007 to cancel the Company's share premium account and to reduce theCompany's share capital the Company's Petition to the High Court of Justice washeard on 21 November 2007 and the High Court ordered: 1) that the cancellation of the Share Premium Account of the Company resolved on and effected by a Special Resolution of the Company dated 2 July 2007; and 2) the reduction of the capital of the Company resolved on and effected by a Special Resolution of the Company dated 30 October 2007 be and the same are hereby confirmed in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act 1985. The Order was registered at Companies House on 23 November 2007 and took effectfrom that date. The Company's authorised share capital is now £1,282,845.5025 divided into513,138,201 New Ordinary Shares of 0.25 pence each.
