Fulcrum Utility Services Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce the following details of the grant of new share options.
The following approved options were granted on 28 March 2012 under the Fulcrum Utility Services Limited Enterprise Management Incentive ("EMI") share option scheme:

The exercise price for the 28 March 2012 awards is 20.75p, which is equal to the closing mid-market price on 27 March 2012. There are no performance criteria attached to these shares.
The total number of share options granted (EMI and unapproved) of 6,350,000 shares represents 4.1% of the total ordinary share capital currently in issue of 154,306,667.
