Director/PDMR Shareholding

Fulcrum Utility Services Limited ("Fulcrum" or the "Company"), the UK's market leading independent multi-utility infrastructure and services provider, announces that it has today received notification from Stephen Gutteridge, Non-executive Director, of the following dealings in ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company. On 1 July 2016, Mr Gutteridge sold 25,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 39.15p per share and he has today sold 15,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 39.10p per share.

Furthermore, on 4 July 2016, Mr Gutteridge transferred 60,000 Ordinary Shares currently held in his wife's name to another account controlled by him. This transfer was effected via a sale and purchase at 39.46p and 39.54p per Ordinary Share respectively.

Following these transactions, Mr Gutteridge has a beneficial interest in 329,166 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.2% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
