Director and PCA Dealings
The Company announces that Phil Holder and his wife Hiliary Holder have transferred 119,000 ordinary shares and 111,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in Fulcrum ("Ordinary Shares") respectively from their personal holdings into their ISAs. The transfers were effected through a sale of these shares and subsequent repurchase into their ISAs at a price of 16.75p per share.
Following these dealings, Phil Holder's beneficial interest, which includes those shares held by Hiliary Holder, remains unchanged.
