Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that the Terry Dugdale, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 39.6844p per share on 20 January 2021.
Following this purchase, Mr. Dugdale holds a total interest of 25,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
