Fulcrum Utility Services Limited ("Fulcrum" or "the Company"), the UK based energy solutions company, announces that it received notification from Stephen Gutteridge, a non-executive director of the Company, on Wednesday 21 January 2015 that on the same day he purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each at a price of 7.99 pence per share. Following this transaction, Stephen Gutteridge has a beneficial interest in 504,166 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.33% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
