The Company has been informed that an employee benefit trust ("EBT") of which Stephen Gutteridge, Non-Executive Director of Fulcrum, is a beneficiary, sold 80,000 ordinary shares in Fulcrum at a price of 61.5 pence per share on 8 March 2017. These shares were sold in order to meet income tax and national insurance charges on the EBT due by 31 March 2017.
