French Connection Group PLC ("the Company") today confirms that it was notified on August 9th 2016 that Christos Angelides, Independent Non-Executive Director, had on August 8th 2016, in London, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 40.0p per ordinary share. Following this purchase, Christos Angelides now holds 120,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.1% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
