Total Voting Rights

In conformity with Regulation 20 of the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 (as amended), FBD Holdings plc announces that as of 29 March 2019 FBD Holdings plc's total number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 34,862,464. The total issued share capital is 34,862,464 ordinary shares of €0.60 each, of which 598,742 are held as Treasury shares and therefore do not carry voting rights.

The figure of 34,862,464 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of FBD Holdings plc under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 (as amended) and the Transparency Rules.
