A portion of the shares are held by certain fund for which CI Investments Inc. (CI) is the investment fund manager and trustee, and in aggregate the CI fund holds 4.15% total voting rights. The fund and client give a proxy to the notifier who can exercise the voting rights for the shares in its own discretion.
