Appointment of Director

FBD Holdings plc ("FBD") is pleased to announce the appointment of an additional independent non-executive Director.

Mr Richard Pike has been appointed to the Board of FBD Holdings plc as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect. 

Mr Pike is on the Board of Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc, which is listed on the Main Securities Market of Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange, where he holds the role of independent non-executive director. He has a strong background in financial services, technology and operational risk. Mr Pike's areas of expertise include digital technologies, governance, risk, compliance and business management and strategy.

 The Chairman of FBD Holdings plc, Mr Liam Herlihy, said:

There are no details requiring disclosure for Mr. Pike under paragraph 6.1.66 (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules of Euronext Dublin and Listing Rule 9.6.13 (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
