Pursuant to its obligations under the listing rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority, FBD Holdings plc notifies the following in respect of Ms. Emer Daly, whose appointment as a Director of the Company was announced on 26 August 2014:

1. There are no details requiring disclosure in respect of Ms. Daly under listing rule 6.6.7 (2) to (6) of the Irish Stock Exchange; and

2. There are no details requiring disclosure in respect of Ms. Daly under listing rule 9.6.13 (2) to (6) of the UK Listing Authority.
