Changes to Board Committee Chairs and Appointment of Senior Independent Director
FBD Holdings plc is pleased to announce the following changes with immediate effect.
Ms Mary Brennan, independent non-executive Director, has been appointed as Chair of the Audit Committee.
Mr David O'Connor, independent non-executive Director, has been appointed as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
Mr David O'Connor has been appointed Senior Independent Director.
