Directorate change

Sprue (AIM: SPRP), one of Europe's leading home safety product suppliers, announces that John Gahan, the Group Finance Director, has tendered his resignation as a director of the Company with immediate effect. In line with his contractual obligations, John will be available to the Company during his notice period.

Accordingly, the Board has commenced the process to recruit a replacement and will provide an update in due course. 

Graham Whitworth, Executive Chairman of Sprue, commented: "On behalf of the Board, I wish to place on record our thanks to John for the contribution he has made to the Company since he joined in 2010 and wish him all the best in his future endeavours."
