Directors' Disclosure

Engage XR Holdings Plc (AIM: EXR) announces the following information relating to directors' disclosure under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Richard Cooper, Chairman and Non Executive Director of the Company was a director of a private company, Sonco Gaming UK Ltd ("Sonco"), from 24 December 2019 to 22 December 2021. Mr Cooper has learned that Sonco has been placed into Administration, following a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation on 6 July 2022, although this is not yet recorded as such at Companies House.
